Medical Negligence is a very complex area of law.
The effects on a person who has suffered as a result of an error in medical treatment can be catastrophic, and have lifelong consequences. In fact, in some cases the victim may not be in a position to pursue an action due to the severity of the injuries sustained. In such instances, it might fall to the partner, parent or close relative of the victim to bring proceedings to protect the victim’s interest.
